When you bring your vehicle to us for repairs, one of our key focuses is ensuring any inconvenience to you is minimised. One of the many ways we do this is to offer a “Luxury Replacement Vehicle” or “Free Courtesy Car”, at no cost to you, during your repairs.
What is the difference between these two options?
OPTION 1 – Luxury Replacement Vehicle
If you are submitting a no fault claim, you can select a luxury replacement vehicle from our partner hire car company. You’ll be entitled to a similar make, or style to your car, at no cost to you. We simply recover any cost from the “at fault” party’s insurance, on your behalf.
What is a luxury replacement vehicle?
We have partnered with a leading, experienced provider of accident replacement vehicles This means, if you’re submitting an insurance claim for your repair, where you are not at fault, the cost of this luxury service can be added to your insurance claim – at no extra cost to you.
The benefits of a luxury vehicle replacement include:
- Access to a diverse a diverse fleet of new vehicles. Usually, it’s a “like for like” replacement hire vehicle of similar standard to your own vehicle.
- Your replacement hire vehicle is delivered to the location most convenient to you – anywhere in Australia. At the end of the hire, we simply collect the vehicle from your chosen location.
- Costs are then recovered directly off the at fault party’s insurance company on your behalf.
OPTION 2 – A free Body Works Clinic Courtesy Car
If your repair is not covered by insurance, we can provide you with a free Body Works Clinic courtesy car.
